How does the concept actually work?
An entrance fee is charged upon arrival (2 or 3 hour package) corresponding to the duration of your stay. Afterwards, you can enjoy our ALL IN dining & drinking arrangement. For alcoholic beverages you can top up a separate Hechi Loyalty Card by an amount of your choice. It allows you to order alcoholic beverages at the table. You just have to hand over your card. The remaining balance on your card can simply be refunded to you at the reception or you can save it for a future visit!
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, no exceptions will be made.
Do you have something in store for people celebrating their birthday?
If the birthday boy/girl visits our restaurant on his birthday, he/she will receive a voucher with a value of € 12.50, which can be used during his/her next visit. He/she will need to show his ID and turn to the reception in order to be entitled to this voucher.
Is there a play room?
There is a play room for the kids (at your own risk).
Do you have a cloakroom?
There is a cloakroom at the reception.
I have had a stomach reduction. Can I pay the child fare?
No, this is not possible.
Are your dishes halal?
Yes, all our dishes with chicken are halal.
Do you have vegetarian dishes?
Yes, we have a large salad bar but we also have noodlesoups, regular soups and many more.
Where do i find your allergens files?
They are available at the reception.
Do you have parking space?
The restaurant has a very spacious parking lot, which can accommodate about 350 cars.
Do you have a separate room for private parties?
There is a separate room, which is suitable for private parties and meetings. It has a capacity of about 50 people. This is a half-open room and it is located near the buffet. You need to make reservations for this room in advance.
I still have a leftover balance on my Hechi Card. Can I get a refund?
You can get a refund of your balance at the reception. You can also save it for a future visit.
Can we all pay separately upon arrival?
It is more convenient, both for the group and for us, to pay the full amount at once, in order to avoid long waiting times. If this is not possible, you can of course all pay separately, but please make sure that you inform us. If the group contains over 20 people, the bill can also be settled afterwards.
What are the payment options?
In our restaurant, you can pay cash or by card (master card, visa and bancontact) – no american express. Payments made in RES are also accepted.
Is the afternoon arrangement exactly the same as the evening arrangement?
The afternoon arrangement from Tue-Sat costs € 19.50 per person (excluding holidays) and is more limited than the evening arrangement. The oyster bar and the teppan-yaki are closed for instance. However, in the afternoon, we still offer a wide choice of fresh soups, cold dishes, sushi, dimsum, wok, hot dishes, home-made pizza and desserts. The drinks that are included are the same.
